User Agreement
This User Agreement governs your use of transola.top ("Site"), operated by Transola ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, then you may not access the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using transola.top (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You retain any and all of your rights to any User Content you submit. You are responsible for your User Content, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

The Site may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Transola. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE SITE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Transola harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Site, or a breach of this Agreement.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach this Agreement. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
10. Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use the Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Transola operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Transola regarding your use of the Site and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
